Annelise Baker is a burgeoning comedian and cabaret star!  She will perform her solo show, World's Most Lovable Hostage, at The VU Lounge in Providence, RI on Friday, December 4th. Tickets can be purchased in link above.  She debuted this show at The Green Room 42 in June, and did a concert version of it at The Delancey in October.

She debuted her first solo show Rare Bird last year at The Green Room 42.  In this multimedia performance, she mixed parody songs and stand up.  Her shows are hilarious, engaging, and unique.  Critics called Rare Bird "unhinged in the best way ... plus tap!"  WMLH is a riotous examination of the ways in which society holds us hostage and in it Annelise contemplates if she is indeed the red flag.

Currently Annelise is involved in the Tier 3 Workshop of Sweet Charity with Ariana Debose and The Kuperman Brothers.
